Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement on any Ashthera product, even if it has been opened and gently used. Real results require real testing, and we stand behind every formula.

How To Start A Return

  1. Email our concierge team at Info@ashthera.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label where eligible.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

What's Eligible

  • Any Ashthera product purchased on www.ashthera.com
  • Opened or unopened items within 30 days of delivery
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (please include a photo)

What's Not Eligible

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
  • Promotional gifts and free samples
  • Items requested for return after the 30-day window

Damaged Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required in most cases.
