Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or replacement on any Ashthera product, even if it has been opened and gently used. Real results require real testing, and we stand behind every formula.
How To Start A Return
- Email our concierge team at Info@ashthera.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 24 business hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label where eligible.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
What's Eligible
- Any Ashthera product purchased on www.ashthera.com
- Opened or unopened items within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (please include a photo)
What's Not Eligible
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
- Promotional gifts and free samples
- Items requested for return after the 30-day window
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return required in most cases.
